Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. A "real" camera, my first, I purchased more than 50 years ago. I didn't intend to become a commercial photographer, but simply to capture what extraordinary compositions I deemed captivating through my magic lenses. My images began to captivate my friends, grew in numbers, and finally admonished me to share my good fortune. I still consider my love of photography to be that of a humble traveler although I have sold and gathered a few kind, "official" kudos along the way.
